Vehicle Subsidy Portal
Online vehicle subsidy applications and review
Overview
An application and review system for local government vehicle-purchase subsidies, covering trade-in, scrappage and new purchases. Application, review and payout run online end to end, reachable through China Construction Bank and its lifestyle app.
Capabilities
Unified business model
All three subsidy types share one application, review and payout model; differences are configuration, and rule changes leave the main flow untouched.
Bank channel integration
Both China Construction Bank entry points are integrated, so users can start applications and check status in their banking apps.
Invoice verification loop
Recognition, verification, re-verification and status write-back form a loop; when the external API fails, retries follow the recorded state.
Releases and operations
Containerized deployment keeps environments consistent; releases support rollback and monitoring, so iteration continues during application peaks.
Architecture
Stack
Java 17 + Spring Boot 3 + Spring Cloud Alibaba (Nacos, Sentinel); MyBatis-Plus; MySQL 8, Redis and RocketMQ; a Vue 3 + Element Plus admin; containerized delivery with Docker.
Service layers
Application entry points (bank and first-party) feed a business service (state machine and rules for application, review and payout) and external services (invoice verification, bank entry).
State machine
Application, review and payout are driven by a state machine with trackable states; departments act on state transitions.
External dependencies
The external verification API has timeouts, retries and state compensation to avoid duplicate or missed processing.
Configurable rules
Subsidy types, review steps and payout rules are managed by configuration, so policy changes do not require core-flow changes.
Delivery and operations
Containerized deployment with Docker, Jenkins CI/CD, canary releases and rollback, logging and alerting.
Product value
Vehicle subsidies involve multi-department review, bank entry points and invoice verification, and the rules change with policy. The system puts application, review and payout on one line, with configurable, trackable states and rules — cutting coordination across departments and systems, and letting policy changes take effect quickly.
